2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your order, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to receive the package, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

Repeatedly refusing or failing to accept confirmed orders may affect your ability to place future Cash on Delivery orders with Sehat Zone.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package when you receive it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, return, refund, or other appropriate solution in accordance with our return and refund policy.

9. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
